Elite Security Services once again under fire for alleged sexual conduct by an employee

While most of us are looking forward to a better year in 2017 there are some that wish 2016 never happened.

I am referring to the people who run Elite Security Services who only days after one of their own is caught on camera masturbating in front of thousands of NFL fans, is once again under a microscope.

This time they are facing a lawsuit which alleges that one of their officers groped a customer while being screened for a rock concert.

It was at the October 2 performance of Alice in Chains held at the Symphony Towers were a female guard was frisking incoming customers.  One of those, the plaintiff in the lawsuit, alleges that the officer reached under her sweater and put a hand on her breasts without warning or permission.

The officer was then heard to announce that she was not wearing a bra.  When the woman looked to her fiance the guard said "Oh, is that your husband?  Yeah, the husbands like to watch when I do this."

The accused is only listed as Jane Doe and neither news outlet, the San Diego Union-Tribune or ABC Channel 10 are releasing the name of the plaintiff at her attorney's request.
