Police in the south suburbs say they’ve arrested a man in connection with the murder of a Canadian National Railroad security guard.
Rashad Williams, 24, of East Hazel Crest, was arrested in Chicago Heights late Sunday. He was slated to be transferred to the Harvey Police department.
