City Attorney to review Chargers security guard masturbating case

In a bold move the San Diego City Attorney takes the matter into his own hands....get's a handle.....I mean...decides to review the case of the Elite Security Guard accused of public masturbation or unnecessary roughness.

This was all uncovered when a video (see below) of the alleged guard began appearing all over social media.  Elite Security published an  apology for the alleged flogging and fired the accused flogger.  Of course they also took the position that there was no way they could know that any employee of theirs would decide to "play a round of pocket pool" during an NFL game while standing mere feet from a squad of San Diego Charger Cheerleaders.

Gerry Braun with the City Attorney's Office said they will look into the matter and decide if he should be charged with a crime.

Of course the Chargers management is not commenting on whether this incident has anything to do with their decision to leave San Diego.
