SPFPA President in Michigan Pleads Guilty to Embezzlement
On October 24, Devon Madray, president of Security, Police and Fire Professionals of America (SPFPA) Local 119, pleaded guilty in U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan to one count of embezzling $20,097 in funds from the Roseville (suburban Detroit) union. He had been indicted in July. Norcross Georgia man wanted in security guard shooting
NORCROSS, GA - Police are looking for a man who allegedly shot a security guard.
Enrique Carrera, 27, is wanted for aggravated assault, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony and reckless conduct.
Am I the only person who sees something wrong with these charges? Where is the attempted murder charge? Where is the charge for discharging a firearm in the city limits? How about wanton endangerment? Or is it considered a lesser offense to only shoot security guards?
I guess it is understandable why this future Nobel Peace Prize winner decided to whip out his pistol and try to gun down the first person who got in between himself and a hot, tasty meal. I mean, just look at this guy. He looks positively famished. I guess the cops can take all of the Weight Watcher clinics off their potential stake out sites for this one.

November 30, 2015 Ernesto Rafael Gonzalez was gunned down outside of Chelato's Bar and Grill. Gonzalez was working at the resturarnt when he was shot at 11:15 pm.
Video from the area shows the assaliants walking casually with their hands in the pockets minutes before the shooting.
Tips can be called in to the San Diego Police homicide unit at 619-531-2294 or through Crime Stoppers anonymously at 888-580-8477.

Railroad Security Guard Murder is Still on the Loose
Accused killer of Tryone Hardin is still at large today as a lockdown for schools in the Ford Heights area has been suspended without results.
Police are looking for Rashad Williams of East Hazel Crest in connection with the murder that took place last Saturday at the Canadian National Railroad yard in suburban Harvey.
The suspect is believed to have gunned down Hardin in order to steal his vehicle to escape police capture.
Harden was shot in the stomach and later died of his wounds at South Suburban Hospital in Hazel Crest.

Questions Surround Arrest Of High School Security Guard « CBS Denver
It seems that School Officials and Investigators have more questions than answers in connection with the arrest of a High School Security Guard.
Gary Postell, who worked at Ponderosa High school in Parker Colorado was arrested and charged with two felony counts of sexual assault by a person in a position of trust and one misdemeanor count of sexual assault.
So far no one in charge is saying if these charges are in relation to a consensual act or a forced attack.
Officials at the school district are not commenting on the situation, instead citing privacy laws.
The accused is currently out on bail and on unpaid leave.

Simi Valley Courthouse Guard jailed under child abuse charges.
Simi Valley Guard in Jail for Child Abuse
Thomas Platts, 26, a security guard at the Simi Valley courthouse is being held on suspicion of felony continuous sexual abuse of a child. It has been reported by the Police that the alleged victim is under 14 years of age and that the abuse may have been over a period of seven months.At his November 18th arrangement Platts plead not guilty with his next hearing to take place today.
Bail is currently set at $150,000.

Shoplifter uses Security Guard as a speed bump
Seems like Tulsa Shoplifters are not content with just shooting or stabbing Security Guards. They now use them for impromptu speed bumps during their getaway.
Three female shoplifting "suspects", after allegedly stealing from the Abercrombie and Fitch, used their car as a weapon, a blue Mitsubishi Galant. The trio first hit the guard with their car, pinning him to another car until they took off, running over and breaking his foot in the process. The trio were last seen fleeing the scene with a small child in the car with them.

Former Officer Pleads Guilty to Attacking Handcuffed Man: U.S. Attorney Annette Hayes says Nicholas Hogan pleaded guilty on Wednesday to violating the rights of a detained man. Hogan admitted that he physically removed the man from his patrol car and struck him in the head with his knee.
